This book is full of clear, helpful information about how to recognize when you are caught in interpersonal drama dynamics and how to extricate yourself from them. I learned about the game triangle thirty years ago. In my work as a psychotherapist I have always found it very helpful as a way on analyzing toxic interactions and helping people move to healthier patterns of relating.

Because the book contains SO much information, I recommend reading it a chapter or so at a time and then taking time to integrate that portion of information before reading on.

Also, I agree with Clark Reedís comment in the Foreward. I found the descriptions of the Berneís games distracting. I would suggest the reader not focus too much on these but rather on all the other valuable information.

Well worth reading!
