Resources : Books For/About Men
The following list is one I give clients if they request it. I've read each book and studied most, so the list is truly mine. All are excellent and my favorites are in blue.
Why a separate list for men? My experience has been that men are bound by a couple of debilitating mistaken beliefs that inhibit them from seeking help. The typical example is asking for directions - many if not most men will search around semi-lost rather than stop and ask an expert for a direction. Same thing in personal change. Men tend to not seek help, preferring to go it alone. So this list is for them. Go for it guys. Read these puppies. You'll enjoy em.
